These Terms govern use of https://dixreno.com and purchases from Dixreno, operated by Yunnan Yunzhan Technology Co., Ltd.. Read these Terms together with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Using the Store

Purchasing services are intended for adults who can enter a binding contract. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or use the service unlawfully.

Product Information and Selection

Our range includes men's shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, trousers, shorts, coordinated outfits, sneakers, boots, slippers, and other listed footwear. Review the description, price, selected variant, measurements, care instructions, and package contents before payment.

Use the measurements for the individual garment or shoe. Check whether the chart describes body measurements, garment measurements, foot length, or insole length, and whether sizes are US, EU, UK, or another stated system. Fabric composition, fit, colors, and included outfit pieces must be checked on the exact listing.

Images can be affected by lighting and screens, but this does not permit a materially inaccurate product description or supply of the wrong item. Contact us if important information is missing or inconsistent.

Prices Payments and Order Confirmation

Prices are shown with the stated currency. Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by the store are shown before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout; payment processing is handled through the providers shown there. We do not request full card details by email.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request, not that every verification or fulfillment step is complete. We may contact you about availability, an obvious listing error, or a payment problem. We will not increase an agreed price without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled or must be canceled, amounts paid for the affected items will be refunded, subject to applicable law.

Delivery and Order Changes

Normal processing is 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, followed by estimated standard shipping of 10-20 business days. Details and shipping charges appear in the Shipping Policy. Ask about changes promptly and preferably within 48 hours of ordering; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after approval, with additional bank posting time possible. Conditions, costs, and procedures are explained in the Return and Refund Policy. Your mandatory withdrawal and defect-related rights take priority where applicable.

Content Reviews and Third Party Services

Website material may belong to us or to its respective owners. Do not reproduce protected content without the necessary permission. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with the page address and relevant details. Any review you submit must reflect your actual experience and must not disclose another person's private information.
