How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping then takes an estimated 10–20 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 11–23 business days. Processing and shipping are separate stages. How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart and fit guidance on the individual product listing. Check whether measurements refer to the garment or the body. Footwear sizing must follow that shoe’s own chart. If you are between sizes or need a specific measurement, email service@dixreno.com before ordering.
What is your return policy?
Request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us for the return address and instructions before sending anything back. Mandatory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain available.
How long will a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval, normally to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Any shorter period required by applicable law takes priority.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Contact service@dixreno.com with your order number, item and requested size. We will explain the available options based on return eligibility and stock. Contact us before returning the original item. A replacement or different-size order is subject to availability and the applicable policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Supported destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Standard shipping takes an estimated 10–20 business days after dispatch, excluding the 1–3 business days processing period. Remote delivery areas and customs clearance may take longer.
